Driving Directions
From Calgary:
- South on Macleod Trail or Deerfoot Trail to Highway #22x (Marquis of Lorne Trail)
- West on Highway #22X to 96th Street (South)(also known as 37th St. to the north or formerly hwy#773)(watch for Leighton Art Centre signage) 4.7 km to 4 way stop
- West on 226th Avenue (at 4-way stop) 1.6 km, South on 112th St 4kms and then West on 266 Avenue (at bottom of big hill)
- 266 Avenue is a winding secondary road follow for 4.5 km which brings you to a "T section" at our Red School House (Leighton Education Studios)
- Leighton Art Centre, Gallery and Museum entrance 100 yards to the left of the studios
From Okotoks:
- Elizabeth Street west past railway tracks
- West onto highway #549 to Millarville
- North onto 112th Street 266 Avenue West (at bottom of big hill)
- 266 Avenue is a winding secondary road which "T's" at our Red School House (Leighton Education Studios)
- Leighton Art Centre, Gallery and Museum entrance 100 yards to the left of the Studios.
From Bragg Creek Area:
- Follow hwy #22 signs (south at 4 way stop in Bragg Creek and north (left) at T intersection (right turn takes you to Kananaskis country) follow sign to Priddis, Black Diamond & Turner Valley.
- At the intersection of 22X and 22 turn south onto Hwy 22 south follow sign to Millarville
- At 274 (Changes to 272 Avenue) Avenue West (across from Bar T-5) turn east or left
- Go straight through 4 way stop
- At 144th Street (watch for our sign) turn right, road passes Leighton Education Studios
- Leighton Art Centre, Gallery and Museum entrance 100 yards to the left of the studios.
