Lorri Pullman MacDonald has loved painting and drawing since she was a young girl. Art was her favorite subject in school and she continued her studies, earning a BFA from the University of Calgary. For several years Lorri shared her love of art by teaching students of all ages.
In her own art, Lorri has recently been interested in the relationship between the elements. Painting “Plein Air” has helped her appreciate the dynamic quality of nature’s light. Lorri lives in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies. She loves to hike, kayak and snow shoe and she hopes her love of the outdoors comes through in her art.
Lorri is an active member of the Leighton Center, the Calgary Artists Society, the Cochrane Art Club as well as the Calgary Chapter of the Federation of Canadian Artists.
